Shipping instructions: If you don't have the orginal anti-static plastic bag that came with the drive, you can wrap the drive in tin foil. Make sure that the drive is shipped in a box with at least 2 inches of foam padding on every side. Styrofoam peanuts allow the drive to shift in transport and are not acceptable packing. Only traceable carriers such as the ones at the left should be used to safely transport your data. US Mail will only be accepted if sent via express mail |
